We synchronise chair removal with your relocation project plan. Phased over a fortnight, single-pass on a Saturday, evenings and weekends — we work around your handover deadline, not the other way round. Cash for the saleable chairs, compliant disposal for the rest, ESG-ready paperwork for the move report.
Relocation chair removal is its own job, distinct from a clearance. The dates move. The new spec changes. The removals firm has its own dock booking. The lift you assumed you would have access to is being used by someone else. We have done enough relocations — Mayfair to Stratford, Manchester to Salford, Reading to Slough — to know that the rigid project plan you signed off six weeks ago will not survive contact with the actual move week. We work with that, not against it.
Lease handover slips by three days, your CAT-B slips with it, our collection slot has to slip too. We hold the slot once a quote is confirmed and adjust without re-quoting, provided we get 48 hours notice for major changes. Most of our relocation jobs reschedule at least once.
The new site's chair spec is signed off in week 2 of the move plan and changed in week 6. Surplus shifts. We re-quote on email, no fuss, no fee. If you decide to keep all the Aerons and only sell the Leaps, the quote re-bases off the new model mix.
Removals firm, IT decommission, telephony decommission, cleaners, dilapidations contractor, security. We handshake with whichever of them are involved on dock access, lift sharing, and timing. Give us their PoC and we will manage the chair-side conversation directly.
One floor a day, or one wing a week. Best when CAT-B works are running floor-by-floor and each floor needs to land clean for the next contractor. We schedule with your move PM and update the plan weekly.
Whole job done in 6–10 hours on a single weekend day. Best when the move-out window is tight and you need to hand back the keys on Monday. Common in London and Manchester for tenant exits with a Friday office close.
Either shape, BACS is paid within 3 working days of the last pickup. Compliance pack (waste transfer notes, ESG report, photo log) lands in your inbox within 5 working days of the last pickup.
Yes. Move dates always shift — we expect it. Once we have a confirmed quote, we hold our slot and adjust as your project plan moves. We have re-scheduled relocation collections four times for the same client without an extra fee. Provided we get 48 hours notice for a major reschedule, we work around you.
Sure — we are not delivering new chairs (we only buy used), but we co-ordinate with the supplier delivering your new spec so old and new can swap on the same day if you want zero overlap. Common shape: new chairs in by 8am, old chairs out by 4pm, finance team sees one BACS in within a week.
Yes — common for large relocations. Floor 12 cleared on Monday, Floor 11 on Tuesday, etc. We schedule with your move project lead so the cleared floor lands clean for the next CAT-B works.
Quotes are non-binding for 30 days from issue. If your new-site spec changes and you need fewer chairs cleared (e.g. you decide to keep the Aerons and only sell the Leaps), tell us by email and we will re-quote. No cancellation fee unless we have already mobilised vehicles for a confirmed slot.
No — for relocations under 1,500 chairs the project management is included in the per-chair buyback rate. Above 1,500 chairs we sometimes charge a one-off fee for the dedicated project lead and weekly status reports, depending on complexity.
Yes. Most relocations have a separate removals firm handling desks / IT / personal-effects. We handshake with them on access, lift sharing, dock booking, and timing. Send us their PoC and we will pick up the conversation directly.
That is the most common relocation shape — bigger old footprint, smaller new footprint, surplus chairs to clear. We buy the saleable surplus and recycle the rest. ESG report shows total CO₂e diversion for the move.
Yes — evening, weekend, and overnight collections are all available. We charge nothing extra for them. Common for City of London moves where dock access during business hours is impossible.
We've spent fifteen years buying chairs and clearing offices for FM teams who needed it gone yesterday. We've sanded the friction off this process.
Paid out to UK businesses to date. BACS within 3 working days of collection — often same-day on smaller jobs. No invoicing hoops, no 60-day terms.
We pack, we lift, we load, we leave. Your FM team gets photos for their records, and a single line on a P&L. That's the whole job.
Refurbished and resold, or stripped for parts. Nothing fit for use ever sees a skip. ESG report-ready, weight + CO₂e figures included.
Most quotes are confirmed within an hour. Most collections happen the same week. The whole thing should feel easy — that's the point.
