Chairs are our specialism — we run a dedicated calculator and pay leading prices on premium task chairs. But we buy across the rest of the office estate too: desks, storage, screens, soft seating, meeting tables, and IT. For mixed lots, we typically buy 60–80% of the items at agreed rates and recycle the rest responsibly.
Around £500 of resaleable value is the rough floor for a buyback collection. Below that, the logistics tend to outweigh the value. If you are short of the floor, ask anyway — we may collect alongside another nearby job, or offer chargeable clearance instead with no cash buyback.
We quote line-by-line: cash value per category, then a single combined number. Premium task chairs (Aeron, Embody, Leap V2) carry the strongest rates. Branded desks and storage are next. Generic furniture is priced based on resale demand, condition and brand. Anything we cannot resell is flagged upfront — no surprises after collection.
We will tell you upfront — items below resale grade get noted on the quote. We can either leave them with you, or remove them as part of a chargeable clearance with a waste transfer note. We will not load anything into the van that we have not quoted on.
Usually yes for jobs up to ~150 items, anywhere on the UK mainland. Larger projects we book within 5–10 working days. For dated handovers, flag the date when you enquire and we will plan around it.
Yes for monitors, docks, peripherals and AV. Laptops and phones we look at case-by-case (data-wipe attestation needs to land on your side, not ours). For larger IT estates we partner with specialist refurbishers and can co-ordinate a single collection.
Mainland UK as standard. Northern Ireland and the islands we will quote on a case-by-case basis — usually fine for larger projects. We have completed jobs in Dublin, Dubai and across mainland Europe; ask and we will quote logistics.
Quote, VAT-friendly invoice / credit note (BACS to company), waste transfer note for any non-resale items, photo log of what was collected. ESG / sustainability report (kg diverted, CO₂e avoided, refurb vs recycle %) free for any clearance over a basic minimum — useful for annual reports, B-Corp, BREEAM, SECR.
