For typical office estates, the resale value covers a significant portion of the clearance fee — we have done jobs where the buyback exceeded the clearance cost and we paid the client.

Yes — we are a registered waste carrier and handle all waste-route items via licensed disposal. We issue a waste transfer note for each load, naming the end facility, and the full compliance pack lands in your inbox after the project closes.
Yes for monitors, AV, peripherals, docks, conference room hardware. For laptops and phones with sensitive data, we partner with specialist refurbishers — we can co-ordinate a single collection so you do not have to manage two suppliers.
We do not shred on-site, but we partner with confidential-shredding specialists and can co-ordinate a single collection alongside the furniture clearance. Tell us upfront and we will fold it into the quote.
Standard. We work around tenant restrictions, building management requirements, dock booking windows and lift permits. For multi-floor jobs without a goods lift we provide a hoist or stair-walking crew. Weekend / out-of-hours premium is built into the quote, no surprise charges.
Furniture clearance is our scope; dilapidations remediation is handled by specialist trades. We work alongside dilaps contractors regularly and can recommend trusted partners — but we do not pretend to do that ourselves.
