Pods were the fit-out story of the last five years, and now they are showing up in every refit, downsize and end-of-lease we quote. We buy them the same way we buy chairs: quoted on photos, collected by our own team, paid same-day BACS. One booth in the corner of a floor, or forty across a building — both are worth sending over.

Pods and booths, whatever the badge on them

Single-person booths

One-person call and focus booths — the most common pod on a UK floorplate, and the quickest for us to move and resell.

Two- to four-person pods

Enclosed meeting pods with seating, table, lighting and ventilation. Steady second-hand demand from smaller offices fitting out.

Larger meeting pods

Six-person and up. More panels, more dismantling, heavier lift — still very buyable where the access works.

Orangebox

Orangebox pods and acoustic booths, single and multi-person. We already buy Orangebox seating in volume, so pods slot into the same collection.

Every other make

Other manufacturers, white-label units and bespoke joinery booths. If it is a self-contained acoustic box, send photos and we will look.

Three things and we can price it

• The label shot — The manufacturer data label — make, model, serial. Without it we are guessing at the model, and guessing means a softer number.
• Outside and inside — One photo of each face of the pod, one of the interior, and close-ups of any glass chips, panel damage or fabric marks. Photograph the faults — it makes the quote firmer, not lower.
• Numbers and access — How many pods, what floor they are on, whether there is a goods lift, and any date you have to hit. Access is the single biggest factor in whether a pod job works.

WhatsApp is usually fastest. Email works just as well if the photos are large.

Four steps. No catches.

1. 01. Send us photos — and the label shot

   Outside, inside, and a close-up of the manufacturer label (usually inside the pod near the door or on the ventilation unit). That label tells us the exact make and model, which is what the offer hangs on.

2. 02. Quote within an hour

   A firm number against the photos, per pod, itemised if you have a mix. We confirm the firm price against photos before collection — no revising on the day.

3. 03. Our own crew collects, UK-wide

   Not a booking agent passing you on. We do the dismantling, wrapping and loading, and put the panels back on the van in one piece. Tell us the floor and whether there is a goods lift.

4. 04. Same-day BACS

   We pay on the day of collection. Invoiced to your company entity, paid to the company bank. Photo log of collected items in your inbox after.

Model and condition decide it.

We will not pretend every pod is a cheque. The make and model set the ceiling, and the condition sets where inside it you land — glass, panels, fabric, and whether the ventilation and lighting still work. A well-known booth in good order is straightforward. An older unit with cracked structural glass or a dead fan may come back as a no, and a booth built into the fabric of the building usually is one.

When the answer is no, you get it from us as soon as we see the photos — not on the morning of the collection. And a no on the buyback does not mean you are stuck with it: we can still quote to clear and recycle it responsibly as part of a wider job.
