Task & operator chairs
Herman Miller, Steelcase, Orangebox, Vitra and good mid-market task chairs. The strongest resale value in most offices — often the bulk of the cheque.
Closing down, downsizing or handing back a lease — we value the lot, pay BACS for everything with resale value, and clear and recycle the rest with full paperwork. Itemised offer within 24 hours, collection booked to your closing date.

Sit-stand and fixed desks, branded bench runs, screens and dividers. Resaleable as sets; we handle the dismantle.
Pedestals, tambours, lockers, cupboards, shelving. Sold by the batch where condition and quantity stack up.
Sofas, breakout seating, meeting tables, boardroom and reception pieces — anything with genuine resale demand.
A walk-around video plus rough item counts is enough to value most offices. Larger or awkward-access sites get a free 30-minute site visit. Send an asset list if you have one.
Cash value for resaleable items, a fixed price for waste-route clearance, logistics included. One firm number — what gets paid, netted off, no surprises.
Single day, phased, or out-of-hours / weekend — booked to your closing or handover deadline. Crew, vans, lifts, dock co-ordination and dismantling tools all included.
Same-day BACS. Invoice, waste transfer notes and a photo log of what was collected land in your inbox after the last collection.
We've spent fifteen years buying chairs and clearing offices for FM teams who needed it gone yesterday. We've sanded the friction off this process.
Paid out to UK businesses to date. Same-day BACS — we pay on the day of collection. No invoicing hoops, no 60-day terms.
We pack, we lift, we load, we leave. Your FM team gets photos for their records, and a single line on a P&L. That's the whole job.
Refurbished and resold, or stripped for parts. Nothing fit for use ever sees a skip. ESG report-ready, weight + CO₂e figures included.
Both, netted off. You get an itemised offer: a cash value for resaleable items (chairs, branded desks, storage, etc.) and a separate fixed price for clearing non-saleable / waste-route stock. The two are netted against each other. On a typical furnished office the resale value covers a large part — sometimes all — of the clearance cost. We have done jobs where the buyback exceeded the clearance and we paid the company.
Yes. That is the core of what we do: value everything, pay BACS for what sells, clear and responsibly recycle the rest, and send the paperwork. One supplier, one collection, one point of contact — so you are not co-ordinating a furniture buyer and a clearance firm against the same closing date.
Valuation within 24 hours of photos or a site visit. Booking lead-time is usually 5–10 working days, and we fast-track to within 5 days for dated handovers. Tell us your closing or lease-end date when you enquire and we will plan the collection backwards from it.
On make, model, age, condition and quantity, against live resale demand. Premium task chairs (Aeron, Leap, Gesture and similar) and branded desking carry the strongest value; mixed mid-market stock is valued by the batch. The offer is itemised so you can see how each category was priced.
Same-day BACS to the closing company or the account you nominate, on the day of collection. You get an invoice / credit note for the records. We can work against an internal PO or as a stand-alone credit.
We are a registered waste carrier. Anything not resaleable is routed via licensed disposal with a waste transfer note naming the end facility, and WEEE paperwork for any IT or electricals. Nothing fit for use goes to a skip.
Mainland UK as standard, all regions. We run single-site and multi-site clearances across Greater London, the South East, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol and beyond. Northern Ireland and the islands quoted case by case.
Sample of recent feedback after BACS landed. Chairs, mixed-furniture buyback, full clearance — same standard, same speed.
“Quote returned within the hour, settlement on the day of collection. Process was straightforward and the figures matched the schedule we'd agreed.”
“Cleared 380 task chairs across a single Saturday during our floor refurb. BACS settled the same day. One named project lead from quote through to completion.”
“Requested a pre-sale valuation to benchmark against two other quotes. Their figures came in highest line-by-line, with no pressure to commit. We sold the full estate to them.”
“Highest offer on a mixed lot of Aerons and Embodys — meaningfully ahead of the next quote. Collection ran to schedule, paperwork was clean.”
Send a few photos or an asset list. Itemised offer within 24 hours. We buy what sells, clear the rest, and work to your dates.
